Guyadiv Matiti : plot of forest inventory since 2001.
Guyadiv is a network of permanent forest plots installed in French Guiana. The site of Matiti have been set up by Marie-Françoise Prévost and Pierre Grenand. It is composed of one 20x4000m-plot. An incomplete inventory has been made on the pool of trees with dbh>=10cm in 2001 : 497 trees have been registrated. 442 species have been identified and 88,9% of the registrated trees have been identified to the species level. We only have the point coordinates and not the precise demarcation of the sample plot. In order to calculate the bounding box for the plot, we have expanded the point location 500 meters in each direction.
